What You Will Need to Prepare

Symposium details

– Symposium title (max. 25 words)

– Short description of the format (max. 150 words)

– Session description (max. 250 words)

– Up to 5 keywords (comma-separated)

Programmatic commitments

A short statement (max. 150 words each) on:

– Discussion time: how your format and timing will encourage discussion and audience engagement

– Diversity: how your symposium reflects diverse perspectives (e.g. gender, career stage, geography)

– Cross-disciplinarity: how your session integrates across methodological and/or species boundaries

Chairs

Optional – you may add one or more session chairs.

Speakers

A minimum of 3 speakers is required. For each speaker you will need:

– Presentation title (max. 25 words)

– Title, first and last name

– Email address (plus optional alternative email and phone number)

Before You Submit

Before submitting, the submitter must confirm:

– All organizers, speakers, and contributors have reviewed and approved the final proposal, and all listed speakers have consented to participate if accepted.

– All information provided is accurate, complete, and original.

– Acceptance does not constitute automatic registration – all presenting authors/speakers are responsible for their own Congress registration and associated costs.
