ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

How to submit

All abstracts must be submitted online. Log in to the abstract submission system and complete four steps:

  1. Abstract body – choose your preferred presentation type and themes, enter the title and abstract text, and add references if you wish.
  2. Authors – enter the presenting author and add all co-authors using Add contributor.
  3. Affirmation – confirm the four declarations (see below).
  4. Submit – preview your abstract, check it carefully, and submit it.

You can save your abstract as a draft at any step and return to it later from My submissions. Drafts can be previewed, edited, submitted or deleted. A draft is not received by the Programme Committee until you press Submit; only fully completed abstracts can be submitted.

Please note: once an abstract has been submitted, it can no longer be edited. Please preview it carefully beforehand.
